This Privacy Policy explains how ZEALYEN INFOTECH ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Zitmagix mobile application (the "App") and related services available at https://zitmagix.zealyenlabs.in (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Zitmagix lets people upload a photo and a video to create an augmented-reality (AR) experience: when someone points a camera at the photo, the linked video plays over it. The App also supports linking directly-hosted or Google Drive-hosted videos to shareable AR pages, and offers paid plans for creators who need more usage.

When you create an AR project, we store:
If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive and store only the order ID, payment ID, plan purchased, amount, and payment status — we do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank credentials. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details: razorpay.com/privacy.
We record how many times each AR project or shared video link is viewed, and when it was last viewed, so you can see engagement on your own content. We may also collect general device and diagnostic information (device model, OS version, app version, crash logs) to keep the App reliable.
Free-plan usage in the App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and other identifiers to show and measure ads, and may use this data consistent with Google's own policies. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising in your device's Settings (Google Settings → Ads). See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Anyone with the public link or QR code to your AR viewer page can view that specific project — that is by design, so you can share it. Do not create AR projects with content you don't want publicly viewable via a shared link.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete an AR project, video link, or your account, we remove the associated files and mark the records as deleted; residual copies may remain briefly in backups before automatic rotation removes them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights under applicable law (for example, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or the EU/UK GDPR if applicable to you) to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all traffic between the App and our servers, and hashed (never plain-text) password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow account creation by, or collect personal information from, anyone under 16. If you believe a user under 16 has created an account or provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our servers may be located in a different country than you. By using the App, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in that country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notice or email).
